My Ace™ text alerts
Effective October 1, 2026
My Ace™ is a personal agent app operated by Chris Burns, based in Florida, USA. My Ace™ text alerts let your cards reach you by text message.
What we text you
- Approval requests. When a card wants to send an email, add a calendar event or start a purchase, it asks first. Example: "Queen needs your OK. Send to Dana: Thursday works. Reply YES 4821 or NO 4821."
- Urgent alerts from routines you set up, such as a bill that went up.
- Replies from your cards when you text them.
We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
Texting is opt-in only, from inside the My Ace™ app, by people with a My Ace™ account.
- In the My Ace™ app, open Settings, then Text messages, and tap Link.
- The app shows a code, with the notice below right above it.
- You text LINK and the code (for example
LINK 4F2A9C1B) from your phone to My Ace™'s number. - My Ace™ texts back once to confirm: "My Ace™: you're linked for text alerts from your cards. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
The notice in the app, word for word:
By texting this code to My Ace™, you agree to get My Ace™ text alerts at that number: approval requests, urgent alerts and replies from your cards. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Texting the code is your consent. Nobody else can sign your number up, and My Ace™ never texts a number that hasn't sent its code.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your routines and approvals. Message and data rates may apply. Texting comes with the Player plan and works with US phone numbers.
Help and opting out
- Reply STOP to any My Ace™ text to stop all texts. My Ace™ unlinks your number right away and confirms once.
- Reply HELP for help, or email chris@thechrisburns.com.
- You can also unlink your number anytime in Settings.
Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, or your text messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver your texts. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
